Kennel history
The birth of our kennel was due in great part to the friendship we had with the legendary, Hall of Fame breeder, George DeGidio.
When George suffered serious health problems we were selected to receive his award winning dogs and to take them under our wings.
Scooter
Scooter was born at George & Fern DeGidio's kennel. His parents were both Champions. His father was Ch. Big Island Pagan Drum Regardless and his mother was F.C. Big Island Dolly's Ginger. He does have all the right genes!
Scooter was born in 2001. He is liver, patched and ticked and his pups are mostly the same. Hawk was a super dog. He was born in 1996 and was a fixture in our kennel. He had an endless desire to hunt! He was very easy going and not hyper. Hawk was awesome on wild birds. He got along very well with all the other dogs. Hawk's father's line goes back to F.C. Dixieland Rusty and his mother was Outlaw Josie Wales. Hawk recently passed away but he'll always be a member of the kennel if only in our memories.
Hawk
